Proposed to Build Insurance Pool

Proposed to build the insurance pool through all the members. All joined members that contribute the fund into the DAO pool will entitle TOTI allocation at the fraction of 1TOTI = USD0.001. The fraction will change to higher level after first 10mil TOTI being allocated. All member entitle to submit proposal for the claim of insurance pool.
