Activation targets adoption of initial documents, subjects, or objects (implementation of initial adoptions described in the document package—e.g., initial adoption of the Governance Resolution, first activation of qualified verifiers, etc.). Removal is aimed at the removal of a qualified verifier.

Fund return targets returning participants’ funds accounting for round and return coefficient. Since fund return is regularly and flawlessly initiated by the governance protocol, it must be ensured regularly and flawlessly, therefore high requirements are set for executors.

A special project aims to fulfill the Mission (implementation of special projects described in the comprehensive model—for example, proposing, replacing, or terminating the special project “Remote reaction initiation technology,” awarding for its implementation, etc.). Stage 3 — “Reward voting” — governance members vote “for” or “against” transferring/awarding the reward to the team.
