This proposal seeks the formal consensus of U-Topia DAO members for the appointment of the DAO Manager.
The appointed Manager shall be responsible for:
- Day-to-day operational management of the DAO
- Coordinating between DAO members, council, and external parties
- Executing decisions ratified by DAO member consensus
- Representing the DAO in operational and administrative matters
This appointment is made in accordance with the U-Topia DAO Constitution and governance.
