This proposal seeks the formal consensus of U-Topia DAO members for the appointment of the DAO Council Members.
The Council shall be responsible for:
- Strategic oversight and guidance of the DAO
- Reviewing and ratifying major governance decisions
- Safeguarding the interests of all DAO members
- Ensuring compliance with the DAO Constitution and legal wrapper
