This proposal seeks the formal consensus of U-Topia DAO members to authorize the formation of a legal wrapper for U-Topia DAO.
Purpose:
The legal wrapper provides U-Topia DAO with a recognized legal entity structure, enabling the DAO to:
- Enter into legally binding contracts
- Hold assets in a regulated legal structure
- Protect members from unlimited personal liability
- Comply with applicable regulatory requirements
