- Summary
UC-SGT is a non-transferable governance identity credential deployed as the membership and governance layer of Union Center DAO. Unlike conventional governance tokens, UC-SGT derives governance authority from verified identity, participation history, and reputation metadata rather than token balances or market ownership. The protocol is designed as a governance primitive. It cannot be traded, transferred, sold, pledged, or used as a speculative asset.
