Dear WeRa Global Members,

I hope you are all doing well. I am writing to ask for your support in making our development process faster and more efficient.
Why This is Important: Right now, every technical upgrade and test we do takes 3 days because of our current approval process. This slows us down a lot.

What We Need: We need to delegate WCPe tokens to the founder signature for one month. This will increase the founder's voting power in WeRa Capital DAO to allow our team to make decisions and execute technical upgrades immediately, without waiting for approval each time.

Benefits:

Speed: Immediate upgrades and tests.
Efficiency: Faster development means we can improve the platform quicker.
Better Service: Quicker response to any technical issues.

Important Details:

The WeRa Global DAO will still hold 78% of WCPe tokens.
The Global DAO can always return the delegated tokens if needed without approval from the founder.
This action will showcase the governance capacity of our platform to delegate ownership rights for execution of specific projects.
