The following proposal requests to migrate all but $100USD worth of DAI from the Traxa DAO multi-sign wallet to the new Traxa DAO Aragon interface.

Background on the Traxa DAO Safe (Gnosis) and Aragon:

The Traxa DAO multi-sig wallet was created when the DAO LLC was formed almost two years ago. This Safe (formerly Gnosis) is registered with the State of Wyoming:

Safe (Gnosis) does not have the features of Aragon including creating proposals and automatic execution of tasks based on proposal voting (i.e. future potential bounties). In addition, transactions on the Ethereum chain are much more expensive on Safe than on Aragon's network (Polygon).

Reason for moving funds from the Traxa DAO's Safe (Gnosis) to Aragon:

This will allow proposals and financial side of the DAO to automatically execute once approved. The Aragon interface will be considered the 'operational' multi-sig, while Traxa DAO's Safe (Gnosis) will remain as the 'capital' multi-sig wallet representing the DAO with the State of Wyoming.

Moving these funds will allow us to use the automated and programed features of executing tasks. This allows the DAO members to fully use Aragon's features instead of having to manually execute and perform actions after a proposal is approved.

Reason to leave $100USD worth of DAI on Multi-sig:

Traxa DAO LLC is registered with the State of Wyoming. This is the multi-sig wallet associated with the entity's registration. We are not abandoning this wallet, but moving funds to a more automated and easier to use interface on Aragon. The Safe (Gnosis) wallet will be continued to be used in the future as the main 'capital' account for future receipt of funds into the DAO.

If approved?

The following tasks will have to take place:

1) A separate one time transaction will have to be executed with the Safe (Gnosis) to a DAO member's wallet (this author). DAI will need to be transferred.

2) DAI should be converted to MATIC

3) The MATIC converted can then be bridged from the Ethereum chain to Polygon, converted back to DAI on https://quickswap.exchange/ and transferred to Traxa DAO's Polygon address on Aragon: 0xf8b18bba2c235b887b79f1f3ac134de19fab8924
