Developer-Validated Community Process

The Developer-Validated Community Proposal (DVCP) is a two-stage governance model that safeguards the network by requiring a technical audit before any public vote. First, core developers verify a proposal's security and feasibility via a multisig; once validated, the decision moves to xRNT holders, ensuring that only technically sound upgrades are implemented by stakeholders with the greatest long-term alignment.
