At this stage doing a capital raise in the public like we've proposed would be dangerous on a regulator front, dangerous on the percise issuance of DAO tokens per sender front, and logistically difficult if there was a large influx of capital. The last point is proven by just how much time it has taken to write proposals issuing KNO to sending addresses from the founders.

We will pursue a more organic private raising method where deals will be made through friends, family, and connections that are in touch with the current DAO token holders.

If this proposal passes: From now on there will be no KNO issued to an address that randomly sends money to the DAO.

We will pursue a more private capital raising effort using the same capital raising schedule as before. The following schedule will dictate how many DAO tokens a by-proposal pre-approved sending address receives:

$140,000 USD for each 1% till 3% is sold

$280,000 USD for each 1% till 6% is sold

$560,000 USD for each 1% till 9% is sold
