Voting power in the Interfold comes from FOLD that is locked in voting escrow, bonded as ciphernode collateral, or still under unlocking schedule.
Locked FOLD must be delegated in order to activate vote weight; delegate to yourself or hand it to someone you trust, as you cannot see how your delegate votes. Delegating never moves your tokens, and you can change it at any time.
Bonded and lock scheduled FOLD always count for their owner and cannot be delegated.
